CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to VAT, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees upon arrival in your country. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

EU customers: Please be aware that orders shipped from Dubai may be subject to EU VAT, customs duties and applicable import charges.

UK customers: VAT and customs treatment may vary depending on the value of your order and current UK import regulations.

We do not cover or reimburse customs duties, import taxes or handling charges. If an order is refused due to unpaid customs charges, original shipping costs will not be refunded and any return fees may be deducted from your refund.

MADE-TO-ORDER & BESPOKE

Delivery estimates begin from dispatch, not from the date your order is placed. Production times for Made-to-Order and Bespoke pieces are stated separately on the relevant product page or confirmed with you directly.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before ordering. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, couriers or incorrect delivery information.

Garment Care

• Wash on cool, gentle cycle
• Iron on the reverse side using a low heat setting.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Hang to dry naturally.

Each piece is individually handmade to order in Dubai, just for you.

Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be made and prepared for dispatch.

Once your piece is ready, it will be shipped using your selected delivery method.
