Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you love your Francesca Alice order, however if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be returned:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • Free from makeup, fake tan, perfume or other signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

MADE-TO-ORDER

Our Made-to-Order pieces are produced after your order is placed in the standard size selected by you.

Made-to-Order pieces are eligible for return in accordance with our standard returns policy.

BESPOKE

Bespoke pieces are created specifically for you using your individual measurements, design requirements and/or personalised specifications.

For this reason, Bespoke pieces are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, exchanges or refunds.

This does not affect your rights if your item is faulty or does not match the specifications agreed when your bespoke order was placed.

HOW TO RETURN

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return and receive the correct return address and instructions.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

Francesca Alice cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you once your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Customs duties, import taxes and handling charges paid to third parties are not refundable by Francesca Alice.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photographs of the issue so we can resolve this for you.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible for return, please return it for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item.
