Francesca Alice 14-Day Returns Policy
If your item is not suitable, you are able to return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are not free, we advise all customers to use a tracked service. We can not accept returns that are lost, if customers use a tracked service they are insured with the specific courier.

Notification:
- Notify us via email within 5 days of receiving your order for a size exchange.

- Send back the item within 10 days, unworn, with labels attached, using a tracked service.

Timing Matters:
- Ensure your return reaches us within 14 days to secure your exchange. Items may go out of stock quickly, and exchanges after this period cannot be guaranteed.

Eligibility for Returns
Returns will not be accepted over a 14 day period and if the item is worn, or showing signs of wear. Items must be make up, fragrance and stain free. All orders should be intact with the swing ticket attached firmly, as stated on the back of the ticket. If removed or damaged the item will be ineligible for a return. All items must be unworn, with tags still attached. We will not accept any returns that do not comply.
- Any manufacturing faults MUST be reported within 3 days of receiving the goods in order for a return to be arranged.
They must be wrapped in the original packaging and in unused condition.
Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.
If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement. The time taken for the credit to appear may vary depending on your financial institution.
